I’m fascinated by late-19th century America, and There Will Be Blood transports you there in such a visceral way. Its visual storytelling, eerie score and Daniel Day-Lewis’s powerhouse performance give you an insight into a man who embodies the greed, ambition and ruthlessness of capitalism of America during that period.
