THE CHALLENGE

Having stepped up their branding, Steplab were looking for a fresh suite of content to communicate their services. Their target audience is split between school leaders and trust leaders and so the content had to be tailored to each audience. Additionally, it was key to illicit the brand's key pillars in the videos: culture, science and success.

THE PLAN

In order to effectively communicate to both audiences we decided to shoot two separate case study videos with interviews forming the narrative for each video. This would allow us to delineate the videos to their target audience, ensuring the messaging wasn't watered down. Additionally, we hosted a content workshop prior to the filming in which we delved into issues like: who the audience is, what they want to hear and what the key messaging is.

RESULTS
